MoneyStats Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what MoneyStats stores and why. By using the Bot, you agree to this policy.

1. What we store

MoneyStats stores only what it needs to run the economy:

• Discord user IDs
• Discord server (guild) IDs
• In-bot economy data: cash, bank, investments, cooldowns, jail timers, streaks, titles, shop items, and bounties

We do not collect emails, passwords, payment info, or message content.

2. How we use it

This data is used only to operate MoneyStats commands (balances, cooldowns, leaderboards, jail, shop, and similar). We do not sell it. We do not use it for ads.

3. Where it lives

Data is stored in a local SQLite database on the computer that hosts the Bot. If that computer is off, reset, or damaged, data may be lost.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Data may be visible in-server through commands such as /balance, /profile, /leaderboard, and /bounties. We may share data if required by law or to enforce our Terms.

5. Retention

Economy records are kept while the Bot is used in that server. The owner may reset or delete a user's data at any time. Removing the Bot from a server does not automatically wipe stored IDs.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after an update means you accept the new policy.
