These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MoneyStats Discord bot ("MoneyStats", "the Bot", "we", "us", "our"). MoneyStats is a free, entertainment-only economy bot for Discord. Features include work, daily rewards, crime, robbery, bank, shop, casino, heists, bounties, lottery, investments, and related commands.
By inviting MoneyStats to a Discord server, remaining in a server where it is present, using any MoneyStats command, or otherwise interacting with the Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot and ask a server admin to remove it.
These Terms are not legal advice. They describe how MoneyStats is offered.

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, and the rules of any server where you use MoneyStats. These Terms do not replace Discord's Terms. If they conflict on a matter about Discord itself, Discord's Terms control.
You may use MoneyStats only if you are old enough to use Discord in your country, have permission from the server owner or admins to use bots there, and are not banned from the Bot or from Discord. Server owners and admins who invite MoneyStats are responsible for whether their members may use it, including age and local law. MoneyStats is not directed at children under 13. Do not use it if you are under Discord's minimum age.
MoneyStats uses fake in-bot currency and items, including cash, bank balances, lottery tickets, shop items, titles, luck bonuses, bail vouchers, bounties, streaks, and similar records ("Virtual Goods").
You may not buy, sell, trade, or transfer MoneyStats accounts, currency, items, or progress for real money or anything of value outside Discord. Balances, items, streaks, titles, lottery tickets, and other data may be changed, reset, or deleted at any time, with or without notice.
Commands with random or competitive outcomes include, without limitation: /crime, /rob, /heist, /heist_go, /gamble, /slots, /overtime, /invest, /beg, /lottery, and bounty-related commands. These are entertainment only. They are not gambling with real money. They are not a casino, lottery, or wagering service under real-world gambling law.
You understand that you can lose Virtual Goods, including losses to other users; odds, payouts, cooldowns, jail times, bet limits, and ticket prices may change; there is no guarantee of profit, fairness beyond the Bot's then-current code, or recovery of lost Virtual Goods; lottery draws may roll over if there are not enough tickets; /rob, /heist, /pay, and /bounty can move Virtual Goods between users; and you should not use MoneyStats if games of chance are illegal or restricted for you.
Crime, robbery, heist, jail, bounty, and similar commands are fictional roleplay. They do not encourage real crime. Do not use the Bot to plan, boast about, or carry out real-world illegal activity.
/pay sends Virtual Goods to another user. Sends are final unless the Owner reverses them as a courtesy. /shop and /buy spend Virtual Goods on cosmetic titles, temporary luck, or similar items. Purchases are not refundable. /deposit, /withdraw, /bail, /profile, /leaderboard, /networth, /streak, /balance, and similar commands show or move your own Virtual Goods. Some results (leaderboards, profiles, bounties) are visible to other people in the same server. You are responsible for who you pay, rob, bounty, or heist with.
You may not abuse bugs, exploits, race conditions, or unintended behavior; use scripts, macros, self-bots, or other automation to gain an unfair advantage; harass, scam, impersonate, or extort others through the Bot; use the Bot to break Discord's rules, server rules, or the law; attempt to access owner-only commands, another user's data, or the host system without permission; overwhelm the Bot with spam or malicious requests; reverse engineer, attack, or disrupt the Bot except as allowed by law; or use MoneyStats as a real-money gambling, banking, or payment service.
We may jail, reset, wipe, restrict, or otherwise penalize accounts that break these rules. Reporting a bug in the support server is allowed and encouraged.
The Owner may, without notice: add, remove, or change commands and economy numbers; add or remove currency, items, titles, vouchers, luck, bounties, or jail status; clear cooldowns or reset a user or a server's economy data; restrict or ban users from the Bot; and take the Bot offline. Owner commands exist for moderation and maintenance. Using them does not create any obligation to restore lost data or to treat users equally in every case.
To run the economy, MoneyStats stores Discord user IDs and server (guild) IDs; cash, bank, investments, cooldowns, jail timers, streaks, titles, shop items, luck, vouchers, bounties, and lottery tickets; and operational logs on the host computer. We store this so the Bot can function. We do not sell it. We do not collect emails, passwords, payment cards, or Discord message content for the economy.
Data may be visible in-server through commands such as /balance, /profile, /leaderboard, and /bounties. The live database is a local SQLite file on the host computer. Periodic backups may be kept. Data may still be lost if the host, files, or database are damaged, reset, or shut down. See the Privacy Policy for more detail. Privacy questions: the support server.
MoneyStats is provided "as is" and "as available". The Bot may go offline when the host PC is off, updating, crashed, or disconnected. Commands may fail. Backups may not exist or may be incomplete. We do not promise uptime, support response times, or that any feature will keep working.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MoneyStats is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Owner and operators are not liable for any loss of Virtual Goods, data, profits, goodwill, or other damages arising from your use of MoneyStats, including downtime, bugs, resets, owner actions, or other users' actions.
If a court finds this limitation unenforceable, our total liability is limited to $0.00 USD, because the Bot is free and uses no real currency.
You agree to hold the Owner and operators harmless from claims arising from your use of MoneyStats or your violation of these Terms, Discord's rules, or the law.
You may stop using MoneyStats at any time. We may stop providing the Bot, remove it from a server, or block you from it at any time. Removing the Bot from a server does not automatically delete stored IDs or economy records. After termination, these Terms still apply to past use.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we revise them.
If one part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still applies. Failure to enforce a part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about MoneyStats. Headings are for convenience only.
